I had a fantastic time during the trip to Ping Lin!
The instructors did an informative presentation about tea history during our bus trip there that served as a great primer. We visited a 5th generation tea farm that showed us how Bao Zhong tea is made. The aromas of tea making were intoxicating and memorable. We also tasted their teas, which were delicious! I also enjoyed the Tea Museum which had a cool presentation about Black Tea. The food and tea pairing presentation was very eye opening about the possibilities of pairing, not to mention incredibly tasty! Overall I would highly recommend any tea lover to go on this trip!
